Warranties:

• 90-day Warranty.
We guarantee, for 90 days from date of purchase, that all other merchandise is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
  a. Within 90 days from date of purchase, defective merchandise* may be returned with original sales receipt for REPAIR or REPLACEMENT.
  b. If the item can not be repaired, and an identical item is not available for replacement, then the defective merchandise* will be REFUNDED.
  c. SHIPPING COSTS: Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement / repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

* NOTE: Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage to merchandise caused by neglect, misuse, abuse, or any customer action. DRM Precision Weapons reserves the right to make the final determination of defects.

** NOTE:
  –  Replacements or refunds on National Firearms Act / Class-III items (i.e. silencers, machineguns, short-barrel rifles, short-barrel shotguns, AOWs, etc.) will require prior approval of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATFE), and the payment of a $200 ($5 for AOWs) ATFE transfer-and-registration tax for each item, each way. The customer will be responsible for paying the $200 ($5 for AOWs) ATFE transfer-and-registration tax to return the item to Precision Weapons LLC for refunds or replacements BOTH WAYS (TO and FROM Precision Weapons LLC).
  –  Repairs on National Firearms Act / Class-III items (i.e. silencers and machineguns) will also require prior approval of the ATFE, but the transfer for repair-only is tax-exempt each way. ATF form 5, "Application for Tax Exempt Transfer and Registration of Firearm" should be used for this purpose.
