Returns Policy:

• 14-Day Refunds on Undamaged / Unopened Merchandise.
DRM Precision Weapons will refund the full purchase price of any Undamaged / Non-Defective merchandise, (less transfer and registration tax on NFA Class III items) MINUS 15% restocking fee and  MINUS shipping cost from us to the customer, if it is postmarked for return within 14 days from date of original delivery to customer, and is presented with the original sales receipt, and the internal store packaging has not been opened. In order to make a return you must contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to return a product for refund, the product must be returned in the original store packaging unopened. Products that have been opened are not refundable. SHIPPING COSTS: Customer assumes all costs in shipping from us and back to us.

NOTE: When shipping a return item, call Customer Service first, and then write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package, below the address. Merchandise returned to us for refunds with no RMA number will be returned to sender.
